PERSONAL PAINTBALL GUN- CLEARANCE REQUEST 08A

If you plan to bring a personal paintball gun to our playing site you MUST fill out this form completely and submit it to us at least 48 hours in advance of your visit. You will receive written or verbal confirmation if your gun gets clearance. Players who do not submit this form and do not get clearance are not permitted to bring their guns to our playing site. Players bringing unauthorized paintball guns to our property will be turned away at our security gate, or will have their guns confiscated by our security staff for the duration of their visit, or be arrested by local law enforcement officers.

(please note: you must have a reservation to visit our playing site and you must have the permission of your group organizer before you attempt to bring a personal gun to our facility. If you do not have a solid reservation, and do not have the permission of your group organizer to submit this request form, you are wasting your time and ours)

(please note: it is illegal in NJ for anyone under 18 to be in procession of a paintball gun without direct parental supervision. Visitors under age 18 who attempt to bring a personal paintball gun to our facility without being accompanied by a parent are subject to having their gun confiscated by law enforcement officers, and possibly subject to arrest)

* Make, Model and Caliber of your gun:

(please note: insurance regulations do not permit any personal guns at our site that shoot paintballs other than .68 caliber paintballs. If you don't know the caliber of your gun, you are not permitted to bring it.)

* Type of Gun:

(please note: insurance regulations permit ONLY SEMI-AUTO GUNS at our club. Semi Auto is considered a gun on which one pull of the trigger shoots one paintball. If you don't know if your gun is semi-auto, you are not permitted to bring it.)

* Do you know how to adjust the velocity of your gun?: Yes

(please note: insurance regulations stipulate that any gun used at our playing site must shoot 285 feet per second or less maximum velocity. Owners must be able to adjust their guns to meet this requirement. NJ Paintball Club, Inc. does not have a gunsmith on staff. We do not have a pro shop. We can not adjust, modify, or repair your personal paintball gun)

* Do you need a tool (allen wrench) to adjust your velocity?: Yes
No

(please note: paintball guns that do NOT need a tool are not permitted at our facility by insurance regulation)

* Do you own a barrel condom-sleeve for your gun?: Yes
No

(please note: barrel condoms are required on ALL paintball guns at ALL times. Even guns that have no paintballs in them. Even guns that have no air attached to them. Barrel plugs are no longer considered adequate blocking devices)

* NO PAINTBALL GUNS ARE PERMITTED IN THE PARKING AREA AT ANY TIME! Your gun will be taken into protective custody upon your arrival and placed in a secure area in our chrono range until it is time to test your guns velocity. Do you have a problem with that regulation?: Yes

Compressed Air

(be advised: we can not fill tanks that are attached to your gun. Remove all tanks from your gun before requesting us to fill them. Remove all covers from your tanks so that we can check for damage and a valid hydro static test certification date. Out of date and damaged tanks can not be filled. Nitro tanks can be filled to 4,000 psi maximum)

* We are a "field paint only" facility! No outside paintballs permitted. Do you understand?: Yes

(be advised: guests who bring outside paintballs to our facility are subject to immediate expulsion from our property).

* Do you understand that bringing your personal paintball gun will delay the beginning of your group's play by 5 to 15 minutes or more PER GUN, as your guns are tested for velocity and adjusted?: Yes

(be advised: we can not begin your group's day of play until ALL players in your group are ready to begin play, WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT ALL PLAYERS USE OUR HOUSE GUNS TO SAVE TIME! )
