What to Wear Paintballs are harmless, water-soluble, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and biodegradable and will wash readily out of your clothing and hair. Because paintball impacts can occasionally sting, it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you keep exposed skin to a minimum. PAINTBALL CERTIFIED EYE PROTECTION IS MANDATORY, face protection, ear protection, throat protection, and gloves are advised. What ever clothing you chose to wear, remember that you will be running, jumping, and crawling around in the forest! Loose clothing that you do not mind getting soiled or torn is advised. Comfortable footwear- hiking boots, athletic sneakers, etc., are advised. Camouflage clothing, or alternatively black, brown, or dark gray clothing, is advised- to conceal yourself from opposing players.
